Maintenance Technician

• Adjust production equipment and provide on-site troubleshooting support.
• Assist engineers in new product trials and deliver accurate reports.
• Support engineers in developing production documents and setting equipment parameters.
• Participate in drafting technical specifications for production equipment, as well as its procurement, inspection, and management (including daily checks and preventive maintenance).
• Complete other tasks assigned by engineers.
• Optimize/establish production cycle times.
• Maintain equipment and mold documentation.
• Continuous improvement initiatives.
• Implement TPM (Total Productive Maintenance).

• Knowledge of electrical and mechanical maintenance.
• Familiarity with circuit diagrams/hydraulic schematics.
• Basic PLC understanding.
• Ability to read and interpret CAD drawings.
• Basic robotics operation and programming.
