- Collect market information, make analysis and customer strategy; 收集市场信息并分析,制定长期规划和客户战略;
- Explore potential customers and business opportunity; Identify and pursue new project; 开拓潜在客户和业务机会,获取新业务;
- Build and keep good relationship with customer, especially with key account. Deal with customer's special requirement; 建立并维护与客户的良好关系,尤其是大客户。处理客户的特定需求;
- Discuss with customer for quotation, technical and commercial contract; 与客户就报价和技术与商务合同进行谈判;
- Collaborate with project, application and R&D department; 与内部应用、项目管理和研发部门沟通;
- Leading team and manage the relevant customer demand to achieve sales target, reduce inventory as well as follow up receivable account;领导团队管理相关客户的需求以实现销售目标,降低库存,跟催应收帐款;
- Regularly report to direct manager about business status and news; 向主管经理定期汇报业务信息及情况;

- Graduated from Automotive or mechanical manufacturing in colleges; 大学毕业,汽车或机械制造专业方向;
- Good commanding English; 英语听说读写熟练运用;
- Worked as key account manager for 5 years or longer in the fields of market sales or mechanical manufacturing; 市场销售或机械制造行业5年以上大客户经理工作经验;
- Good commanding communication, presentation, team cooperation and leadership skills 良好的沟通能力;表达能力,团队精神;领导技能;
- Good commanding products and market; 良好的产品知识及市场掌握度;
- Collecting and analyzing abilities of market information; 市场信息收集及分析能力;
