• Disciplinary and/or functional management of employees
• Responsible for budget planning and tracking in the assigned area
• Implementing the CU standards for the controlling processes
• Implementing improvements for controlling
• Assisting with the quarterly and annual financial statements (e.g. evaluating the inventories)
• Carrying out, analyzing and implementing the planning and forecast, and analyzing individual companies
• Reporting any information and figures for managing the company to the management and CU Controlling
• Creating deviation analyses and measures for target deployment, and supervising their implementation
• Identifying potential improvements
• Carrying out ad-hoc analyses
• Analyzing and implementing KPIs
