Join us to Play, Grow and Win - together.ABOUT THE POSITIONAs a group, Virtuos has become a recognized leader in its field. We have been growing faster than our peers in recent years, and is pursuing an aggressive global expansion strategy. For that reason, we are seeking an experienced CTG Training Manager who can help us pave the way towards our new goals.Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement training programs for employees in a game development company;
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify training needs and gaps within the organization. Investigate the functional strategies and people-related needs regarding game art workflows on a general and hands-on level; Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and trends in game development and incorporate them into training programs.
  • Collaborate with experts to design and deliver training modules and workshops to enhance employees' skills and knowledge in game development including e-learning modules, presentations, and manuals.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessment methods, feedback, and performance analysis to continuously update and improve training materials and methods based on industry trends and best practices.
  • Coordinate and schedule training sessions, ensuring maximum participation and engagement from employees, Collaborate with HR and department managers to align training programs with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Manage global training activities in close coordination with related staff and Training Directors
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor degree or above - preferred in relevant topics such as Education, Management, Art, Game Dev;
  • Working level skills in spoken, written, and understanding of English;
  • Certificates of IELTS, TOEFL or TOEIC will be preferred if not native or having 5 years' experience
  • Strong and proven interpersonal skill,
  • Strong and proven organizational skills;
  • 6-8 years of related experience in combination of training, art and/or games dev is preferred;
  • A long-term development in the training industry and training experience is preferred;
  • A passion for games;
  • A medium-term involvement in the games or CG industry;
  • Working experience is preferred
  • Training and production experience in digital art mediums are preferred;
  • Positive teamwork attitude and mind-set.
