A foreign companyResponsibilities：
1、Based on the annual maintenance cost budget, prepare the maintenance plan, lubrication plan and spare parts plan, and supervise and inspect the implementation. ...2、To ensure a continuous decline in the equipment failure rate throughout the year, conduct data statistics and analysis on emergency fault repairs, provide planned maintenance, and carry out planned maintenance and repair of equipment to reduce the equipment failure rate.
3、Establish equipment file management and improve the equipment information within the jurisdiction.
4、Be responsible for solving daily equipment problems to ensure that the equipment status remains at a high-efficiency level;
5、Maintain good cooperation with relevant departments (such as safety, quality, and packaging production lines) to ensure that all issues are well followed up and resolved;
6、Seek improvement opportunities and form project teams to carry out improvement breakthrough activities, and be responsible for cost-saving projects;
7、Check the attendance and shift handover of packaging maintenance staff, and arrange their attendance reasonably based on the production plan.
8、Promote the implementation of LeanTPM work among all staff in this department, advance and improve on-site management, and enhance the overall performance of the department.Requirements：
1、Bachelor (> 5 years experience) or Master (> 2 years experience) equivalent in Polymer, Chemistry, or Material Science. The analytical ability is required.
2、Possess experience in two or more of the following technical areas is plus: polymer chemistry, polymer physics, polymer rheology, polymer adhesion, polymer formulation, polymer molding, or polymer characterization.
3、Proven communication skills and ability to perform within a cross-functional team environment.
4、Ability to drive change initiatives.
