1. Technical University degree (Mechanical or Electronics Engineering etc. )
2. Above 5 years working experience in supplier quality management, especially the machining, sheet metal, metal extrusion and so on, having quality working experience in mechanical enterprises is preferred;
3. Familiar with ISO/TS16949 and five tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA,SPC, MSA);
4. Outstanding communication and coordinating ability and open personality to push improvement aggressively;
5. Strong statistics and analysis capability with persuasive presentation;
6. Excellent English skill of listening, reading, writing and speaking;
7. Responsibility, excellent communication ability;
8. Ability to work under pressure and travel frequently.职位职责：Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop and audit the new supplier;
2. Audit the production process of supplier quality;
3. Approve the supplier production;
4. Survey, conduct and follow up the supplier quality issue;
5. Evaluate existing suppliers performance through site visits;
6. Drives continuous improvement and lead supplier non-conforming corrective actions within required time;
7. Resolve and prevent quality problem re-occurrence;
8. Monitors measures of supplier performance and drives appropriate actions;
9. Effectively handle suppliers\ complaints, by checking corresponding administration and evaluating the effectiveness of corrective actions ;
10. Monitor delivery according to escalation levels of insufficient delivery performances;
11. Other task assigned by leader.
