• Review civil engineering drawings, participate in drawing review and design disclosure work, responsible for organizing and signing disclosure records.
• Responsible for reviewing and coordinating technical plans for routine design changes, construction, testing, commissioning, and other aspects of civil engineering projects.
• Responsible for inspecting the quality of civil construction technology to ensure that the construction quality meets, the design requirements and national standards.
• Supervise and inspect the safety production, civilized construction and other work during the construction process, and promptly urge rectification of problems found.
• Responsible for organizing the handling of quality accidents and developing prevention and control measures for common quality problems based on the characteristics of the project.
• Responsible for document organization, data management, and knowledge management of civil engineering projects.

• Bachelor's degree or above, with priority given to majors in civil engineering or related fields.
• Have more than 3 years of work experience in project management or related fields, especially in facility management or similar departments.
• Familiar with the process and management requirements of construction projects, with project management experience preferred.
• Familiar with the use of office software and project management software.
• Possess strong organizational and coordination skills, communication skills, and team management abilities.
• Possess good problem-solving and decision-making abilities, able to remain calm under pressure and make effective decisions.
• Proactive, possessing good teamwork spirit and innovative ability.
