- Develop and execute account plans for assigned customers, delivering revenue, volume, and profitability targets across designated regions or industry sectors.
- Identify and develop new customers, building and managing multi‑level relationships to expand business opportunities.
- Strengthen DuPont’s product positioning and brand presence, fostering executive‑level relationships through planned commercial activities.
- Map the value chain and key influencers, building strong collaborative networks to enhance business performance.
- Independently manage opportunities, navigating challenging pricing or resource constraints to successfully close deals.
- Identify project pipelines and roadmaps at key end‑user accounts to drive sustainable growth.
- Coordinate project execution within the commercial team to avoid conflicts and maximize the likelihood of success.
- Monitor competitive activities and share timely market intelligence with Marketing and Sales Leadership.
- Actively participate in regional sales meetings and periodic marketing reviews.
- Achieve a sales target of USD 5MM independently in the first year.
- Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering.
- Prior experience in the water treatment industry is preferred; experience with engineering firms within the sector is highly valued.
- Proven experience in key account management, sales management, and business development.
- Strong drive and capability in opportunity development and sales closure.
- A customer‑centric mindset with a positive, results‑oriented, and ownership‑driven attitude.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively across multiple functions.
- Ability to work independently while also being an effective team player.
- Strong communication skills in Mandarin and English, both written and verbal.
- Solid business acumen and financial understanding.
