- Filter and validate high-quality leads in the leads pool by assessing the potential of leads, ensuring they meet the criteria for success on the JoomPro platform
- Effectively pitch the JoomPro to prospective sellers, articulating our value proposition and unique features that set it apart from competitors
- Guide new merchants through the registration process and provide training/support to them, ensuring they complete all necessary steps to list their products on JoomPro
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new merchants, serving as their primary point of contact for questions or support during the onboarding phase
- Collaborate closely with the BD and product team to improve business process and merchant interface to enhance merchant experience
- 5+ years of experience in sales and the new merchant management area
- Experience with sales or customer support
- Experience in building sales teams (designing processes, writing scripts)
- Good communication and sales skills
- Flexibility & adaptability to work autonomously in an uncertain and diversified cultural environment.
- Proficiency in English
- Profound understanding of cross-border e-commerce business
