· Perform other related duties& special projects as assigned by the supervisor随时执行上级分配的其他相关任务或特殊项目。· All talents are required tocomply with every reasonable request from their hierarchical supervisor(s)within an amount of time that it takes to comply under normal circumstances.所有人才在工作中都被要求遵守直接主管所发出的一切合理要求，并且遵循、完成工作。· All talents may be assigned toother duties in the hotel as and when required by business levels.当涉及到商业层面时人才须签署酒店内相关其他责任。 MainComplexity/Critical Issues In The Job主要复杂/关键工作事项· To supervise and controloutlet cashier talent监督和管理所有收银员。· To discharge his/her duties inan effective and efficient manner.认真高效地履行其职权范围内的责任和义务。· To manage all daily cash andcheque collection (from cashiers, bill collectors etc) with strict respect ofhotel policies and to formally reconcile collected amounts with systemgenerated reports on a daily basis.严格按照酒店政策，从收银员和票据收款员处收回每日的现金和支票收入，并认真核对所收回的金额与系统报告的收入金额是否一致。· To perform daily foreigncurrency exchange with the officially appointed money changer and check andreconcile all foreign exchange submissions and calculations performed by FrontOffice and the POS.处理日常与官方规定的兑换商进行货币兑换，并认真核对前台和POS （销售点系统）提交的外币兑换报告。· To prepare and perform dailybanking of all cash and cheques collected.负责将每日的现金和支票收入及时存入银行，并办理相关的银行手续。· To prepare on daily basis theGeneral Cashier Report reconciling the daily collection of cash and the amountbanked.完成总出纳报告，在总出纳报告上记录对日常收集到的现金金额和存入银行金额的核对。· To maintain all in-housefloats at an appropriate level required by operations and to randomly spotcheck the float count done by outlet cashiers.维持酒店内部备用金的正常运转，及时补充收银员备用金由于付款而减少的金额，随机抽查备用金，并做出书面报告。· To monitor the daily hotelforeign exchange rates displayed and update all rates as per hotel policy.监管酒店的日常外汇兑换汇率，并根据酒店政策及时更新汇率 。· To balance petty cashdisbursements in the petty cash float and to ensure the timely reimbursement totalents within hotel policy.使用零用备用金支付小额现金支出，严格按照酒店相关政策及时补充小额现金需求。· To ensure the safeguard of allcheques and cash received in his/her custody.保证其职责范围内的现金和支票的安全。· To be ready and responsiblewhen assigned to perform any other duties as designated by higher management.
