- Lead analyze and interpret regulations, market trends, customer needs, and competitive benchmarks.
- Develop the ADAS technologies strategy to align with market and technical requirements.
- Define clear and detailed ADAS product specifications to guide development.
- Create and maintain a strategic roadmap for the progression /evolution of ADAS technologies &features.
- Lead implementation of ADAS solutions into vehicle programs, including feasibility study/effort scoping.
- Act as the tech planning liaison for joint development projects with tech partners and coordinate cross-functional teams to integrate partner technologies into cohesive solutions.
- Work closely with the Global tech planning team to facilitate the adoption of global ADAS solutions on China-manufactured vehicles.
- Work closely with purchasing& engineering team to understand mainstream partners options & cost.

- 5+ years in autonomous systems, ADAS Planning, ADAS product owner.
- Deep ADAS/AD technical knowledge (sensors, algorithms, safety)
- Strong market & competitive analysis skills
