In your new role you will:
- In this position, you will be responsible for the development andrelease in BE production of a stable and optimized test program for silicon microphones.
- In your role you will:
- Develop and maintain a test program for silicon microphones inback-end
- Troubleshoot and analyze problems in test program and tester relatedissues
- Work with our OSAT colleagues deploy the BE test package to the subcon
- Assist business unit in achieving challenging engineering schedules
- Take ownership to drive area of responsibility to full resolution ofthe critical issues
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Bachelor's Degree with relevant experience in product testing orproduct engineering
- Experience with test hardware design/fabrication
- Understand the fundamentals of semiconductor testing
- Experience in mixed-signal test is key. Good working knowledge of DSP-based testing and proficient in C++ programming
- Knowledge and familiarity of ATE testers platforms (in particular Advantest A93k)
- Able to travel to regional sub-con sites in short notice
- A strong team player, working alongside with colleagues in Germany and China, putting in hours to cater for the time difference of the 2 locations
- Experience in testing of MEMS Microphone is an added advantage
