1.对员工考勤、考绩，根据他们工作表现的好坏，进行表扬或批评。Staff attendance, performance appraisal, according to their performance, praise or criticism2.掌握所辖客房的状况。Master the condition of the guest room.3.检查客房部的设施和管理，抽查本部门工作质量及工作效率。Check the facilities and management of the housekeeping department. Spot check the quality and efficiency of the department4.熟悉部门的运作情况，处理每天的事务，发现问题及时进行指导。Familiar with the operation of the department, deal with daily affairs, find problems and provide guidance6.留意宾客动态，处理一般性的宾客投诉，有重大事故时须向部门经理报告。
