Welcome to Bosch!Job DescriptionResponsible for ECU reliability performance evaluation and improvement, communication with Bosch worldwide development network to perform reliability prediction and risk assessment, define the reliability parameters and transfer function in order to work out validation plans, coordinating the testing sample preparation and support validation engineer to perform the test and perform the physical analysis to make the final judgement.Job Responsibilities
Requirement engineering with focus on reliability characteristics and evaluation of customer specifications
Formation of field load spectrum and mission profile
Utilize the DfR midset to predict the reliability and optimize the design in the early development phase
Application assessments with regard to field load and mounting conditions
Prepare the design validation plan with detailed test conditions and evaluation criteria
Reliability evaluation based on load and load capacity of design elements, and perform lifetime estimation
Perform failure alaysis in a systematic way to derive the root cause and measures
Prepare the internal and external validation report based on function and physical analysis result
Build up knowledge regarding product specific failure mechanisms and failure modes
Prepare the QZ specification for project if it is necessary
Prepare the technical risk assessment for project and series production issue
Support to prepare the TCD (technical customer document)
Support project team for evaluate and improve product reliability performance
Support validation engineer for test methods, test setup and trouble shooting
Communicate with Bosch worldwide development network
QualificationsEducation:Master in electromechanical engineering, mechanical engineering or similar;Working Experience:
Over 5years' in electrical unit, or PCB manufacturing, or mechanical engineering related
Familiar with analysis, material behavior and FMEA is a plus;
Understand the most important failure mechanism of electrical control unit, experience with Weibull tools
