Plant Production Quality Engineer

• 按照控制计划，定义和更新检验指导书（例如终检作业指导书等），包含批准生产线的作业指导书，确保包含所有必须的检查科目，确保作业指导书遵守质量标准。
• 进行工程的故障模式和效应分析，同时进行质量计划活动，并监控产品整个使用寿命的状态。
• 根据顾客信息反馈或客户抱怨，分析原因，采取措施；保存客户投诉记录，协助并参与改进计划，确保客户满意。
• 生产线质量控制，最终产品控制，过程巡回控制，需要时提出质量警告；监控生产过程，发现潜在的质量隐患，并在出现质量问题时及时处理，采取纠正预防措施。
• 编制/跟踪产品的控制文件( PFMEA,CP,WI)，并负责贯彻实施及持续改进。
• 收集并整理质量数据，制定质量报告，分析并监控产品质量趋势。
• 处理不合格品，包括评审，分析以确认缺陷产生的原因，并提出纠正和改进建议；
• 返工品及废品的判定；
• 对检验人员进行技术上的指导和培训；同时支持生产主管在生产中实施质量标准（包含培训、实施跟踪以及偏差反馈等）。
• 审查所有生产方法以及产品改进方法与质量标准的一致性。
• 完成部门主管/经理安排的其他任务。
• 充分学习理解并认同佛吉亚《管理规范》及《道德规范》中的各项内容，承诺严格遵守并以此为日常行为指南。
• SAP相关权限

• 学历：本科及以上学历；或同等学历及经验的技术人员；
• 工作经验：3年以上工业环境专业质量工作经验；或汽车行业2年以上专业质量经验；
• 技术及能力：

• 了解质量体系及质量技术工具 (APQP/PPAP/MSA/SPC/8D/FMEA/控制计划等)并能熟练运用；
• 具有很强的分析能力、团队合作能力及问题解决能力；
• 对方法论的深入了解；持续改进的态度及注重结果导向；

• LCM能力：培养创新力,管理复杂性, 客户聚焦,结果导向及与人合作；
• 具备一定的英文听说读写的能力。
