  • Logistics cost, A&P and overhead expense booking in SAP, intercompany reconciliation.
  • A&P and overhead accrual tracking.
  • T&E review and payment arrangement within T&E policy.
  • Support the inquiry for various expenses from cross functional department.
  • Fixed assets maintenance and annual count.
  • Vendor master data application and due diligence tracking in NAVEX.
  • Assisting the senior accountant on NPNP project to continuously improve internal compliance and governance.
  • Assisting the senior accounting manager on audit.
  • SAP system testing and daily maintenance.
  • Assist the senior accountant in preparing various reports and another ad-hoc workload.
Your Talent and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree, at least 3 years AP accountant experience
  • Experience in using SAP system
  • Good computer skill and office tool skill
  • Basic English communication skil
