Assisting front end sales by preparing the spare parts quotations.
Supporting the bidding preparation by applying for stamping/approval process.Maintaining the daily use of major spare parts bidding platforms.
Planning and preparing for office events and administrative work, such as meetings, customers visiting.
Assist sales manager to organize internal/external seminar/event.

What it takes to Run what runs the world

Bachelor Degree or above, prefer background in Electrical Engineering/Automation.
Strong learning ability to understand different electrical and automation products
Fluent in written English, be able to communicate with colleagues/customers through email
Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
