The senior associate will be responsible for supervising production activities in shift operation, ensuring efficient use of resources to meet production schedules.Job Responsibilities:
1. Assist production manager in planning and implementing strategies to increase productivity, reduce waste and ensure quality standards;
2. Supervise production operations during assigned shifts, monitoring equipment performance and ensuring adherence to safety regulations;
3. Troubleshoot issues and implement solutions to minimize disruptions in production processes;
4. Maintain accurate records of production output, downtime and other relevant metrics for analysis and reporting purposes;
5. Collaborate with maintenance team to schedule regular equipment maintenance and repairs;
6. Provide guidance and support to junior staff members in their daily work;
7. Perform other duties as assigned by production manager or plant manager.Job Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field preferred but not required;
2. At least three years of experience in manufacturing management, preferably in textile industry;
3. Strong leadership skills, with ability to motivate and guide employees towards achieving common goals;
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to effectively communicate technical information to diverse audiences;
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office software and other relevant computer applications;
6. Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies is a plus;
7.
