Welcome to Bosch.Job Description·Participate in related simultaneous engineering projects·Participate in PGL workshops for new products·Manufacturing process design and set up according to Bosch Production System,·Process-FMEA creation and maintenance for preventive quality assurance·Support Investment planning, purchasing, pre/final-acceptance and release e.g. machines, tools·Quality tools and method set up and implementation in shopfloor e.g. early warning system·Control plan and work instruction creation (e.g. standard operation instruction, safety instruction)·Work instruction and quality tools & method training to shopfloor employees (e.g. setter, operator)·Line/Machine OEE tracking and improvement with PDCA systematic·Systematical problem solving for technical and quality issue (e.g. 8D, PSS)·Implement TPM (Total Preventive Maintenance) in cooperation with shopfloor·Conduct CIP projects regarding quality, cost and delivery performance·Support and coaching project from shopfloor·Support implementation of engineering change requestQualifications
  • RBCD internal transfer, assembly process related knowledge preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with process validation, statistical process control (SPC), and root cause analysis.
  • Excellent problem-solving, project management and communication skills.
  • Good motivation to change and take challenges.
