Maximizes up-selling opportunities whenever possible and follows the guidelines, methods and tools as set by the hotel.2. Contributes ideas and feedbacks to Director of Events Management on new or existing contractors' performance. Ensures high quality of services and supports are delivered to guests.3.Performs office duties and sales coverage during operation and non-operation hours as required by the Director of Events Management.4. Actively shares comments sand findings on operations and services with the events management team as well as the hotel's senior management.We are looking for someone who:1. At least 3 years working experience in the same position.2. Have working experience in hotel banquet sales, have certain customer accumulation and team spirit.3.
