- This role is to manage our media strategy setting, planning and execution across digital out-platform and e-commerce in-platform.
- The role is critical to have an overarching view of how to create synergy and drive efficiency of media activities in both out-platform and in-platform, while supporting the brand and product marketing strategy and annual plan.
- The role is also key to managing our Ads & Promotional budget in an effective and compliant way, including guiding and tracking the media investment by our distributors.
- Define a winning and effective digital media annual plan across out-platform and in-platform, covering always-on and campaigns, which is aligned with key stakeholders and key functions.
- Define a clear, consistent and aligned media measure KPIs to track the performance of different investment plans and adjust timely with agility.
- Deliver strong ROI (RTB etc.), traffic measurement (UV etc.) and media engagement (AIPL, CTR etc.) KPIs with constant improvement, across the own A&P funded activity and Flagship store distributor funded activity.
- Strong alignment and collaboration with Brand Marketing team and e-commerce sales team; highly engaged in Annual Business Planning with strong contribution to overall marketing annual plan and e-commerce annual plan
- Proactively lead innovative experiments for media investment scale-up to improve media efficiency and business outcome.
- Strong Digital shopper insight and market trend master and share across relevant teams.
- Effectively manage budget and simplify process while ensuring high-standard compliance in execution.
