Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
15+ years in manufacturing supply chain roles, with at least 10 years in global procurement.
Industry expertise in laminate or semiconductor manufacturing required.
Strong negotiation, contract management, and project execution experience.
Lean/Six Sigma experience preferred.
Fluent in English; bilingual capability (Mandarin) strongly preferred.
