- The core responsibility of the DTC Business Innovation Designer is to build, operate, and continuously optimize a consumer/patient-centered DTC digital business model and operational system, as well as a matching DTC business evaluation system and data network, based on profound consumer insights and omnichannel customer journey design.
- The ultimate goal is to empower measurable business growth.
- The role involves 4 core work modules: 1) Continuous research and insight extraction of consumer unmet needs based on the omnichannel user journey; 2) Development and optimization of DTC business models and operational strategies based on the brand's omnichannel growth strategy; 3) Design of a comprehensive DTC business evaluation system and data analysis framework (including channels such as social media and E- commerce); 4)Continuous optimization of DTC business operations and empowerment efficiency, along with producing evaluation results.
- More than 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical & healthcare industry, including the experience in the management of the omni channel market (in-hospital & ex-hospital), the experience in the management of digital and ecosystem partnership innovation projects, a deep understanding of the needs and operation mode of Internet digital partners, and the experience in brand management of the Central Marketing Department is preferred
- Master's/MBA degree or above
- Ability to communicate effectively in written and oral English
- Having experience in multinational pharmaceutical company headquarters is better
