Responsible for the implementation of the global SCM strategy in the region, as well as the derivation of an appropriate regional SCM strategy3. Responsible for achieving all regional KPIs and reporting4. Guidance and active support of regional SCM team in daily tasks to minimize cost for direct and indirect materials (escalations, negotiations, process improvements)5. Responsible for all HR day to day tasks in the region, as well as for the overall development and growth of the regional SCM team6. Final point of escalation before involving the global team7. SCM representative in the Regional Management team8. Driver of regional focus areas as aligned with Regional Management9. Driver of continuous improvement of all SCM processes for the region in alignment with the global functionsQualifications:1. 4 year degree2. Automotive Supply Chain Management experiences leading multiple functions and personnel.3. Work experience 5 years min in similar role.4. Manufacturing experience a plus.5. Specialized knowledge on Manufacturing processes, Customs, Logistics, SQA, SD, and Project Purchasing, Conflict resolution with suppliers, customers, and internal teams, Continuous improvement process, lean, or equivalent6.
