Job Description- Build up the eAxle system/components simulation model, make FEA simulation to evaluate the design reliability and guide design optimization.- Technical analyze the potential failure and concerns for the designed components of Gearbox / eAxle system by simulation results.- Support problem solving by simulation to find the potential root cause; define the optimization direction by simulation;- Define the specification for the designed components w. Desiger.Qualifications
  • Science or Engineering Master Degree
  • Familiar with software Creo, ANSYS, Abaqus software
  • Good logic and presentation ability
  • Mechanical design experience
3 years * Good understanding of the eAxle system and the relative components gearbox, eMotor
  • Knowledge about the quality tools (e.g. 8D, SPC, FMEA) and machining process preferred
