  • Perform internal audit (Random process audit, process audit, out of box audit)
  • Monitoring internal quality performance
  • Customer claims investigation internally, take the lead to do root cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • Using Nexus to follow the customer claims and key internal quality problems follow up.
  • New projects quality assurance (project quality review, new pumps verification, localized parts validation, quality control plan, etc.)
  • Make corrective action and follow up continuous improvement actions
  • Manage internal scrap performance and make improvement plan.
  • Solve process quality problems that meet on product line
  • Conduct Monitoring through measurement of each Product Line.
  • Leading weekly assembly process quality meeting.
  • Provide monthly quality report.
  • Handling the NCM parts and do calculate, analysis.
  • Using Q-DAS or related software to analysis performance test result.

Everyone must get a bright future.What we expect of you?Education level:Bachelor's degree in engineering or refrigeration.Relevant previous experience:5+ years' experience in vacuum manufacturing industry, refrigeration related manufacturing industry or automotive industryAs a quality engineer. Have QMS experience such as ISO9001, UL, ATEX, etc and have internal auditor certification is preferred.Language skills:Good communication and presentation skills both in English and Chinese are required.Other skills and knowledge:
  • Technical and Analytical skills necessary to understand assembly processes.
  • Root cause problem solving experience required
  • Skilled in advanced quality techniques and process characterization concepts such as SPC, control plan and PFMEA, etc.
  • Ability to function in a team-oriented environment is required.
  • Quality/reliability knowledge and direct experience in managing manufacturing failure issues is required.
  • Could communicate with customer and take the lead to handle customer claims.
