We invite you to put your talents and career in motion at Flowserve.Role Summary:Technical supports for the production process of cryogenic ball valves and normal ball valves.
Professional supports for cryogenic ball valve localization project. Solve the difficulties in processing technology, especially for surface finish of the key parts.
Tooling and fixture preparation for the assembly and testing of cryogenic ball valves and other products.
Working instructions development and maintenance, and perform regular audit to ensure the actual operation fully complied with the document (especially the key process control points).
Technical development, research and testing for the valve performance.
Generates or transfers appropriate documents from each business unit such as assembly specifications, testing specifications, tooling drawings, and so on. To ensure the production/quality.
Process optimization and improvement for the existing ball valve product lines.
Trouble shooting for the key problems in production and testing, from the lessons learned from these efforts, implement all improvements into the ball valves in Suzhou factory.
Communicate with global production team for possible supports, problems solving, and documents transformation.Job QualificationsBachelor degree in mechanical, process or related discipline.
Minimum 8 years work experiences with ball valves production process, in which minimum 3 years for cryogenic Top Entry Ball Valves. Rich knowledges with cryogenic application is preferred.
Rich process improvement experiences for ball valves, ball valve design experience is preferred.
Rich experiences of tooling and fixture design.
Familiar with the machining, assembly and testing for the cryogenic top entry ball valves.
Familiar with SolidWorks and AutoCAD or similar engineering software, some SAP or Oracle experience is preferred.
Familiar with the relevant ASME and API standard in valve industry.
Good communication skills.
Good English skills.
