Position Summary
EPM (engineering project manager) will lead the Fluids product project working with OEMs and leading BW DMS internal Engineering team to be responsible for defining and clarifying customer requirements, product specification, DFMEA, etc. till SOP. Lead engineering team to successful and flawless project SOP.Principal Accountabilities / Responsibilities
  • Lead customer technical communication to identify the product requirements, project timing
负责领引客户技术沟通，锁定产品需求，项目时间。
  • Identify customer technical requirements, lead internal technical discussion for finalizing product concept and specification
识别客户技术需求，领导工程内部讨论直至锁定产品概念和标准。
  • Support quotation including EDD and budget control
支持报价，包括开发费和开发预算控制。
  • Project engineering management, ensure project timing milestones and project deliverables on time.
负责项目技术管理， 确保项目重要时间节点，确保按期交付项目内容。
  • Customer main contact for any technical topics content (Before SOP).
客户对接主窗口，负责所有技术事宜对接（SOP前）Requirements / Qualifications
  • Fluent English, Chinese language proficiency
中英文沟通顺畅
  • Research spirit, sense of ownership, self-driven, innovative consciousness, and good team spirit
具备钻研精神，有主人翁意思，能自我驱动，有创新意识并具有良好的团队合作精神
  • Master degree or above in Automotive Software, Mechanical, automation, or vehicle Engineering
(硕士)研究生及以上学历，汽车软件/机械/自动化/车辆工程等相关专业毕业
  • More than 5 years project management experience
具有不少于5年的项目管理经验
  • More than 5 years experience in Hydraulic control module 、 solenoid development or transmission product development.
具备超过5年的液压控制模块产品、电磁阀开发 或变速箱开发经验
  • Familiar with vehicle subsystem application of conventional and electrification vehicle development process, Well known of BEV is a plus.
熟悉传统或者电动化整车子系统开发流程, 熟悉BEV优先Top 10 Key Competencies
