Acting as the application specialist, this role provides technical support to our customer base, executes application strategies that align with market needs and company objectives, being responsible for product qualification and development, and sourcing up-to-date industry knowledge to ensure our core products meet and exceed market demands.The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of green hydrogen technologies and their applications, as well as knowledge in quality management and systems. This role requires someone to thrive in a dynamic, startup-like environment and demonstrate patience, persistence, and resilience when encountered with uncertainties and challenges. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential in this role.Key Activities and Responsibilities
  • Product Qualification and Development
  • Lead the qualification process for existing and new products within customer operations.
  • Define technical requirements and align quality agreements between customers and internal teams.
  • Gather customer insights to inform new product development and ensure alignment with market demands.
  • Work with cross-functional teams (R&D, Quality, Process, Product etc.) to optimize products performance and quality, support product development and customization efforts, ensuring they meet the highest industry standards.
  • Delivery of Hydrogen Application Solutions:
  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients in the Greater China market, offering expert guidance and support on the application of hydrogen-related products.
  • Implement hydrogen-related application solutions tailored to customer needs.
  • Actively address and resolve issues or concerns related to product performance and quality.
  • Perform joint customer visits to provide technical support and strengthen client relationships.
  • Knowledge Building & Industry Presence:
  • Attend industry trade fairs to represent the company and engage with technical queries.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the green hydrogen industry, including customers, partners, and industry associations.
  • Stay abreast of the latest advancements in hydrogen technologies, establish and maintain recognition as a leading PTL application expert in the Greater China region.

Previous Experience
  • Proven experience and knowledge in the green hydrogen energy sector, particularly with PEM and AEM water electrolysis
  • Demonstrated experience and knowledge in product quality, with experience in automobile or other relevant manufacturing industries preferred
Qualifications and Education
  • Master's degree or above in a relevant engineering or scientific discipline from accredited universities
  • Proficiency in English
