  • Ensure nesting and programs are available for production on time and develop better process for high efficiency and quality
  • Ensure MOP, SOP are available for production on time and with required content and quality for detail product
  • Ensure tools and fixtures are defined in MOP and/or SOP to allow best execution with respect to safety, quality, and efficiency
  • Ensure best process hours are maintained in Master BOM and support production to achieve or consume less hour during execution. Gap analysis and improvement for standard hours of related product.
  • Develop lifting plan as part of workshop documentation package
  • Develop packaging process for production support
  • Develop process for tool and fixture design and improvement
  • Support production optimizes processes based on ALPS and LSS tools
  • Support and execute Digital projects / to play active role in digitalisation, automation and robotisation
  • To perform other tasks as and when delegated by manager

Qualifications & experience:
  • Nesting and programming engineer
  • Good English skills
  • Good computer skills
  • Experience in nesting and programming management in international company
  • 3 + years working in similar position in similar industry
