Job SummaryKey responsibilities Prepare application tests or customer visit (Demo) in advance If needed, hold online meetings with customers prior to their visits to collect all the information Close teamwork with sales team, distributors and team members in Headquarters Perform strong product demonstrations, tests & demos in front of customers Create detailed, convincing technical reports that empower the sales team to secure new business.General Responsibilities

Other tasks and responsibilities
 Secure excellent teamwork with multiple stakeholders (Sales, Appl. Engineering, Product Mgt, …)
 Maintain a high standard in the data quality in the IT systems (up-to-date, accurate, …)
 Attend national and regional trade shows, events, open houses as well as seminars and sales meetings. Support the Sales team. Install and set up the machines. Run Demos at trade shows
 Support Customers and Service team in case of any specific application questions and challenges
 Feedback to Headquarters on future product development, roadmap and how to improve

Functional Skills and Knowledge

Qualifications
 Degree in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field
 Experience in the electronics manufacturing industry with a strong focus on SMT processes, PCBA, and precision dispensing (solder paste, glue, etc.)
 Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and good skills in English (for effective communication with our international headquarters)
 Ability to work autonomously and manage your own schedule while also being a good team player  Strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented, "hands-on" mentality
