  • Catch outside Energy market insight, like High voltage upgrade trend, renewable energy requirement, and data center electrical requirement.
  • Provide technical support to Energy and related Electrical maintenance products.
  • Work with business and other cross functional team on pre & after sales activities, include but not limited to new cable accessory products introduction, customer and distributor training, application problem handling, complaint handling and etc.
  • Collaborate with global and regional team on new products sharing and new application development and replication.
  • Support C&I project bidding activities and customer training programs.
  • Understand customer pain point and bring customer VoC to internal team on new product development opportunities.
  • Support new product commercialization process, include market survey, product field trial and providing products improvement
