系统工程师（动力域）_BCSC

• Responsible for system requirement analysis, and the system solution discussion.
• Manage customer requirement and do system requirement breakdown, and extract the system requirement into requirement tools.
• Define the system requirement and review with team (HW/SW) to evaluate the feasiblility.
• Manage the requirement engineering change request from customer, and lead the requirement change request analysis.
• Communicate to customer for function definition, and give customer necessary suggestion/solution.
• Supports PM/PCM/Architect/teTester/etc, for the realted task in the project.
• Provide the traceability between different requirements level and other process areas.

• Bachelor/Master degree
• Basic system architecture, software and testing, project management knowledge
• Basic knowledge of requirement tracability and software development management tools (e.g. Doors, RTC or JIRA etc)
• Better for experience in automotive Industry
• Good problem-solving skills
• Communication and cooperation skills.
