任职资格：
1、电气工程或电子工程相关专业毕业；
2、熟练掌握电力电子、电机学，电力系统等相关专业的理论和技术；
3、熟练掌握计算机编程技术，电力电子系统仿真，以及嵌入式编程技术；
4、有逆变器，变流器，充电桩，电机等高效率高能量密度控制算法研发经验者优先；
