Welcome to Bosch.Job DescriptionPosition PurposeDesign and implementation of HC specific, need-oriented qualification training program and product and technical training for sales representatives, retailers, dealers and installers.Monitoring and securing knowledge transferPre-sales technical supportRoles and Responsibilities岗位职责HVAC Product system training program development and execution (concept, educational objectives, content, arrangement)Training tool development (material, modules, simulation, education tool )Training center set-up and management (training center plan, installation and etc.)Training certification and qualification to both internal and external partiesPlan, execute and monitor train the trainer programMonitoring and securing knowledge transferFacilitate corporation with school or college, to do research project with them togetherInspection installation of situation to ensure product can be useKey Performance Indicators关键绩效指标

QualificationsMaster’s degree, preferably in HVAC or related fields.3 years experience or above in HVAC design, installation, integrationTraining Delivery: Excellent facilitation and presentation skills to engage diverse audiences.Results-driven with the ability to translate business needs into training solutions.Strong team player with a growth mindset and adaptability.Thrives in fast-paced environments, and willing to travel frequently.Additional InformationPrefer to have1.working experience in international company2.working experience in product or training department
