- Detailed NPD launch plan execution for liquid gel
- Facilitate MM to develop brand growth plan, especially the acceleration plan in retail channel
- Communication: participate the annual plan planning and next year operation
- Business management: monthly business tracking and analysis. Sensitive for any opportunity and risk.
- Support MM to develop the annual brand growth strategy as well as the tailor-made market communication plan focused on 3-year growth drivers, working with a brand centric cross-functional team
- Be accountable for delivery of annual brand Profit & Loss (P&L), including sales and profit results and actively manage budget items
- Manage agency and cross-functional relationships to deliver breakthrough results
- As the key team member to superior execution of programs and plans to bring the brand strategies to life, including for example media, creative development, digital programs
- Collaborate with the TMK team to drive strong shopper engagement and more than fair share in-store support
- A minimum of a BA degree
- Excellent English spoken and written
- 3+ years of professional experience with direct experience in FMCG/FMCH/OTC MKT background
- Experience of working across functions as the individual contributor
- NPD launch and EC experience are welcomed
- Consistent high performance and delivery
- Successfully executing complex projects from design to completion
- Utilizing multi source information in a fast-moving environment
- Leadership in matrix organisation
