OverviewAs Business Analyst(Technical) at Consoleconnect, you'll be responsible for owning the design of assigned technical projects or modules (custom or product strategy) as well as recommending best practices for solutions based on client business needs. You will use your creativity and eye for product design - along with your technical knowledge - to develop great experiences. You'll work with our software development team. Together you'll deliver UI mockups, prototypes, MVPs and final products. In this role, you'll have the privilege of being the voice of your internal and external clients. You'll translate their needs into user-friendly product designs. You will have direct impact on the client's user-experience of our product.Responsible:
  • Work on overall end-to-end user experience - from the big picture (owning the overall user experience and consistency across an entire product) down to specifics of UI layout for a feature or service flow.
  • As a team member role,you will works effectively with the local and overseas team members, complete the user experience, human-computer interaction and UI presentation of to business web based software products by Agile project management Model.
  • Create and present design solutions or strategies that bring the user story to life for a wide audience, and unify them around a common vision
  • Ensure the layout, composition, and information architecture for products and product features to ensure that underlying functionality is exposed in a clear and consistent manner
  • Working closely with technologists to understand platform capabilities, ideate creative technology solutions and provide solid development guidance
Requirement:
  • At least 3 years of experience as a user experience designer, experience shipping high-quality consumer or enterprise products.
  • Experience in at least one or two facets of UX process from concept generation to quality assurance.
  • At least 2 years experience in partner directly with developers and project managers to develop engaging user experiences in Agile.
  • at least 2 years experience in professional user interface design or related design disciplines.
  • Ability to work on highly detailed projects, highly creative brand-driven projects
  • Have good communication skills both when interfacing with internal and external clients as well as when working with your team.
