· Serve as the key contact for the meeting planner. Ensure all requirements of the group are met. Create and provide best practices for convention services and food and beverage departments for meetings.作为会议销售的主要联系人。确保所有要求满足集团的标准,为会务服务、餐饮会议服务创建和提供最佳的服务标准。FINANCIAL RETURNS: 财务回报· Complete forecasts, plans, and productivity reports for management.为酒店管理层准备各项预测、计划和生产效率报告。· Participatein the preparation of the annual departmental operating budget and financialplans. Monitor budget and up sell products and services while minimising wasteto increase revenue.参与年度部门运行预算和财务计划的准备工作。监管预算,追加销售更多的产品和服务,避免浪费,提高营收。· Negotiate food and beverage prices, function space, and hotel services within approved departmental booking guidelines.在部门预订指南允许的范围内就食品和饮料的价格、活动空间和酒店服务进行谈判。PEOPLE:员工团队· Direct day to day conference/convention activities, plan and assign work, and establish performance and development goals for team members. Provide mentoring, coaching, and regular feedback to help manage conflict and improve team member performance.主管日常会议活动,计划并分配工作,为每个员工设定工作绩效和职业发展目标。为员工提供教导、辅导并给予定期反馈,帮助解决各种员工矛盾,提升员工业绩。· Educate and train team members in compliance with brand standards, service behaviours,and governmental regulations. Ensure staff has the tools, training, and equipment to carry out job duties.遵照品牌标准、服务行为及政府法规教育和培训所有团队员工。确保员工获得恰当培训,并配备完成工作所需的各种工具和设备。· Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with other departments. Ensure appropriate staffing levels based on guest volume.Interact with outside contacts: Guests, Vendors, and other contacts as needed.通过与其他部门保持日常的沟通与协调,提高团队工作效率和服务质量。依据宾客数量确保有足够的服务人员。维护与宾客、供应商及其他相关利益方的良好关系。· Recommend and/or initiate salary, disciplinary, or other staffing/human resources-related actions in accordance with hotel or company rules and policies.根据酒店或公司的规定和政策,对员工工资、工作规程或其它与人力资源相关的事务提出建议或初拟方案。GUEST EXPERIENCE: 宾客体验· Provide guests with information (example: loyalty programs, area attractions,restaurants, facility information) to enhance guest experience.为宾客提供各种信息(如:忠实计划、本地景点、餐厅、设备信息),以提升宾客体验。· Conduct banquet and catering facility tours and entertain clients to enhance the guest's meeting/banquet experience.引导和招待宾客参观宴会和餐饮设施,以提升宾客的会议或宴会体验。· Assist clients with menu planning, food and beverage coordination, table arrangements,decoration options, etc.协助宾客制定菜单、协调餐饮活动、会场布局和选择装饰等。· Arrange all details of meetings and conventions to include room set-ups, staging,lighting, audio-visual, traffic flow, menus, décor, entertainment, group room blocks, and VIP services.安排会议活动的所有细节,包括会议室布置、舞台、灯光、视听设备、客流、菜单、装饰、娱乐活动、团体住宿预订及贵宾服务等。· Plan and conduct pre-event and post-event meetings with clients and catering staff to determine potential enhancements to the guest experience.在活动前和活动后策划并召开客户和员工会议,发掘提升宾客体验的各种潜在机会。· Analyse and action against client satisfaction surveys to improve services.分析客户满意度调查报告,并有针对性地改进服务。RESPONSIBLE BUSINESS: 企业责任· Develop awareness and reputation of the hotel and the brand in the local community.提升酒店与品牌在本地的知名度。· Coordinate safety and security initiatives to ensure meetings flow smoothly with minimal interruptions or problems. Coach and advise clients on meeting options and alternatives that potentially reduce waste, save energy and have a minimal impact to the environment.
