  • 开展所属业务的产品需求分析、评审，完成核心功能设计与代码编写，保障业务需求高效高质量实现。
  • 参与各系统的架构规划、性能优化、稳定性保障及安全性工作。
  • 解决系统开发和运行中的技术缺陷与线上问题，持续优化系统质量和性能。
  • 运用分布式系统设计和应用知识，合理应用分布式、缓存、消息等技术解决实际问题。
  • 发挥对业务的判断力与技术掌控力，积极开展自驱学习，高效进行沟通合作。
岗位要求： * 具备计算机、软件工程等相关专业学习背景。
  • 熟悉 Java 语言，掌握 IO、多线程等基础技术，了解多线程使用、并发处理及 JVM 基本原理。
  • 熟练运用 Spring、Spring Boot、Spring Cloud、MyBatis 等框架，并熟悉框架原理。
  • 熟悉 mysql/postgresql、elasticsearch 等数据库，具备大数据 hadoop、spark/flink 开发经验更佳，了解常见开源分布式中间件、缓存、消息队列等。
  • 熟悉 ZooKeeper、Kafka 等中间件，深入了解事务、锁、并发等实现机制。
  • 掌握常用业务架构设计，具备良好编程能力与代码风格，深入理解模块化编程。
  • 拥有技术规划和设计能力，能识别架构设计问题并提出有效解决方案。
  • 具备良好的沟通协调、逻辑分析能力，擅长团队协作。
  • 具有 4 年以上相关工作经验。
  • 若具备低代码平台开发经验，或精通 Python、有 AI 项目开发经验，或有 IOT 项目开发经验，或有供应链相关领域、E2E 项目研发经验，或具备良好的英语日常沟通能力，将优先考虑。
