
Sales Manager for Engineering and Consulting Service

- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies, aligning with AFRY's overarching strategic objectives in China.
- Spearhead sales planning initiatives, identify and cultivate new business opportunities, and maintain strong relationships with the existing client base.
- Meticulously document and update sales opportunities in the company's database, ensuring accurate and timely information for decision-making processes.
- Oversee and manage Key Account Management (KAM) tracks, ensuring optimal client satisfaction and retention.
- Achieve and exceed personal sales targets, contributing significantly to the company's financial performance.
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers during project execution, providing crucial support in areas such as payment collection and change order management.
- Lead sales efforts in critical industries, including pulp and paper, light chemical, food and pharmaceutical, and metal and mining sectors, demonstrating in-depth knowledge and expertise in these fields.
- Minimum bachelor's degree in Science/Engineering, or equivalent
- More than 10 years working experience, in pulp and paper industry, light chemical industry or mining &metal, etc;
- Working experience in international companies will be a plus
- Competent in both English writing and speaking
- Familiar with Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
- Excellent communication and coordination skill
- Good team cooperation and management competence
- Demonstrable ability to manage complex relationships with clients.
- Strategic mind-set and tactical drive.
