- Responsible for sales in light chemical Engineering industry.
- Responsible for developing and implementing the sales and marketing strategy for the business, contributing to AFRY's strategy development in China.
- Responsible for sales planning, develop new business opportunities and to maintain existing client base.
- Records and updates sales opportunities in company data base.
- Responsible for tracks of KAM maintaining
- Responsible to achieve personal sales targets.
- Supports Project Manager during project execution in issues like payment collection or change orders
- 负责轻化工工程设计行业的销售工作。
- 负责制定和实施公司的销售和市场策略,为AFRY在中国的战略发展做出贡献。
- 负责销售计划,开发新业务机会,维护现有客户。
- 在公司数据库中记录和更新销售机会。
- 负责维护重点客户。
- 负责完成个人销售目标。
- 在项目执行过程中协助项目经理处理收款或订单变更等事宜。
- Minimum bachelor's degree in Science/Engineering, or equivalent
- More than 10 years working experience, in pulp and paper industry, light chemical industry or mining &metal, etc;
- Working experience in international companies will be a plus
- Competent in both English writing and speaking
- Familiar with Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
- Excellent communication and coordination skill
- Good team cooperation and management competence
- Demonstrable ability to manage complex relationships with clients.
- Strategic mind-set and tactical drive.
- Flexible for frequent travelling
- Strong work initiative
- 教育背景:
- 理工科本科或同等学历
- 相关工作经验:
- 10年以上轻化工工程设计行业工作经验;
- 有跨国公司工作经验者优先
- 计算机及语言技能:
- 具备良好的英语读写和口语能力
- 熟悉微软办公软件(Word, Excel, PowerPoint等)
- 人际交往或管理能力:
- 优秀的沟通协调能力
- 良好的团队合作和管理能力
- 领导力:
- 有能力处理与客户的复杂关系。
