Join Apple, and help us leave the world better than we found it!DescriptionOur manufacturing quality engineering team enables the mass creation of impossible products as a partner in the development of Apple's renowned designs. - You will involve in new product development, partner with multi-functional teams to evaluate design and processes maturity study, define quality requirement and manufacturing control plan. - Develop measurement technologies and quality system that achieves adventurous specifications at mass production scale. - Evaluate and implement groundbreaking quality inspection tools to evaluate cosmetic and dimensional part characteristics. - Lead activities to balance unparalleled quality with scalable yields. - Drive failure analysis and corrective actions multi-functionally with internal and external team members. - Establish audit procedures appropriate to program and supplier to ensure consistency to Apple quality standards We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.   • BS in a related engineering field (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Material, etc), MS is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in engineering, manufacturing or quality control.
  • Fluid communication in English.
  • Clear communication and logical thinking.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong big-data analysis skill with multiple tools like JMP/Python/Tableau.
  • Deep understanding of DOE, GD&T, MSA theory and practical application experience.
  • Extensive knowledge of mechanical quality and reliability concepts, supplier management, and general manufacturing operations.
