Responsibility:Manage the delivery of software from development groups into NDA.Schedule implementation requests from contributing projects or groups.Ensure that implementation requests are responded to in a timely manner and confirmed when agreed with all parties (NDA implementation, Operations, Contributing Project).Act as Implementation gatekeeper to ensure the following are done:Ensure that releases to Blue and Red have been signed off in accordance with NDA release deadlines.Ensure Production Handover meetings are held by contributing projects and sign off received within NDA deadlines.Ensure that Peregrine tickets are raised by contributing project for all production changes within NDA deadlines.Ensure that tasks are raised by Ops ISE/DBA’s in response to Project Peregrine tickets within NDA deadlines.Control and manage a schedule of activities on the Assembly environments:Control, manage, and release the Blue/Red/Prod implementation schedule (published at least end of day).Ensure Schedule history is copied over weekly to Historical Schedule.Implementation statistics and metrics TBD.Manage communication with users about service availability and new implementations.Co-ordinate system-wide interoperability and performance testing of new releases with contributing projects and other relevant parties.Maintain the NDA Release Process as it relates to Implementation and ensure Projects follow the same.Facilitate conflict resolution discussions with the Projects concerned and escalate to NDA Release & Change Manager if necessary.Continually monitor the release process and look for improvements.Requirement:Proven experience (5+ years) in process transformation, operations, or project management.Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Good understanding of SDLC, CICD and Git (source code repository).Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project, Asana).Expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies (certification preferred).Knowledge of financial services is a plus.LSEG is a leading global financial markets infrastructure and data provider.
