- 制定销售计划并得到销售总监或商务总监的批准,按照计划 实施对所负责的地区或行业的客户进行维护及开发,通过电话销售,当面拜访等形式了解客户需求并最终达成销售。
- 当销售团队得到生意需求时给予建议和支持,使客户需求转变为确认的生意。
- 当从销售经理处拿到生意需求时,及时为客户准备计划书/合同等。
- 和客户一起商谈最终细节并在活动计划和布置上给予专业的忠告和建议。
- 抓住所有机会尽可能去提升销售额在并确保客户满意。
- 保证与客户和酒店各部门有效的沟通。
- 将团队信息及时分发至酒店各部门。例如:发宴会通知单,团队摘要和准备活动协调会。
- 在会议组织者有需求或需要紧急协助及时与各部门进行沟通协调。
- 让活动组织者与其客户在活动/团队停留期间感受到满意的服务。
- Responsible for the promotion and sales of allproducts of the hotel, including but not limited to rooms, catering, banquets,etc.
- Complete sales targets and related tasks set by thehotel.
- Develop sales plans and obtain approval from theDirector of Sales or Commercial Director, maintaining and developing customersin the region or industry according to the plan.
- Understand customer needs through telephone sales,face-to-face visits and other forms, achieving sales.
- Provide advice and support to the Sales team whenbusiness needs are received, turning customer needs into confirmed business.
- Prepare plans / contracts for clients in a timelymanner when business needs are received from the Sales Manager.
- Negotiate final details with clients and give professionaladvice on event planning and layout.
- Seize every opportunity to maximize sales andcustomer satisfaction.
- Ensure effective communication with customers andhotel departments.
- Distribute team information to all hoteldepartments in a timely manner, for example, handing out banquet notices, teamsummaries, and preparing for event coordination meetings.
- Communicate and coordinate with all departmentswhen meeting organizer needs or needs that require urgent assistance, promptly.
