Retarder Mechanical Engineer工作职责：Design and develop retarder products to meet customer requirements, perform all design activities based on change request, generate design solutions, coordinate testing sources to finish DVP, make alignments both internally and externally.Responsible for retarder parts localization, technical support on cost-down projects.Technical interface to global engineering, support on global R&D projects.Benchmarking of competitor productsSupport on quality issues of supplier parts and assembly lineSupport on failure analysis of service retarder岗位要求：Bachelor (or above) in Mechanical Engineering / Vehicle Engineering5-10 years working experience in mechanical design, automotive engineering.Working experience in passenger car / commercial vehicle is a plusFamiliar with casting part, forging, bearing design and developmentFamiliar with UG NX, teamcenterFluent English (working language)
