- Butler inspects all rooms before VIP guest arrival, to ensure that the amenities are placed in accordingly and rooms are prepared.
管家检查所有到达VIP的房间，确保客房的清洁达到标准，为客人准备的舒适物品放入房间内。
- Go over the Daily logs to know the Hotel's operations for the day; any issues pertaining to guests to follow up; all the VIPs arriving, in-house and departures.
了解就酒店每日运行情况，根据客人喜好所需要的跟踪服务，熟悉当日即将抵达，住宿和离店的重要客人。
- To access Opera to read up on guest's profile to know their preferences.
进入电脑操作系统，了解客人喜好。
- Inspect the occupied rooms for cleanliness and maintenance. Assist in arranging guest belongings and coordinating resolution of all Engineering problems.
检查住客房间的清洁和维护状况, 为客人整理和安排物品。并对房间内的任何缺陷或问题及时与工程部协作，确保及时地修理或解决。
REQUIREMENT 岗位职责
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar capacity in a luxury hotel environment
