Senior Development engineer HEX

• Responsible for the innovative concept development, prototyping, testing and verification, and problem-solving of Stack plate HEXs.
• Responsible for undertaking and achieving the functional and performance goals of the stack plate HEXs for new energy vehicles.
• Responsible for compiling and maintaining technical documents for developing components.
• Collaborate with cross departmental teams, including thermal management module engineers, system integration engineers, and EE engineers, to find suitable cost optimization and smart integration solutions to meet the TMM target requirements.
• Define development direction, schedule, and conduct product development based on market demand.
• Establish internal design standards and guidelines.

• Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical engineering, refrigeration, or related fields
• More than 5 years of experience in automotive parts design and development, and more than 3 years development experience of stack plate HEXs concepts.
• Proficient in the system demand of the stack plate HEXs, familiar with product design requirements, and familiar with market information.
• Proficient in the design essentials of stack plate HEXs, familiar with the design tools of Thermal dynamic design and optimization.
• Familiar with the process of component development, validation, and approval.
• Proficient in using 3D/2D design software.
• Strong learning ability, strong sense of responsibility, good communication and coordination skills, good team spirit and stress resistance, innovative thinking.
• Good English and computer skills.
