The ideal candidate will act as a primary point of contact, ensuring serivce delivery completion on time, with high quality and customer satisfaction. The candidate will also address any technical challenges that may arise onsite. This role requires a highly motivated individual with excellent problem-solving skills, RF&mW technical expertise, calibration, repair and troubleshooting knowledge, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with our customers.Responsibilities:
  • Calibration and Testing: Perform regular calibration and testing of network analyzers to ensure accuracy and reliability of measurements.
  • Technical Troubleshooting: Provide troubleshooting and hardware issue support for network analyzers, ensuring prompt response, issue resolution or handover.
  • Hardware Maintenance: Coordinate and conduct maintenance on network analyzers, minimizing downtime risk and ensuring optimal performance.
  • Customer Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor for all microwave-related inquiries.
Service Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of customer systems, providing regular internal and customer reports with actionable insights for improvement.Issue Escalation: Manage escalated issues, collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely and effective resolution. * Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of best practices for supporting Keysight network analyzers.
Qualifications:***Keysight is an Equal Opportunity Employer.***Education: Bachelor's degree in RF&Microwave, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical support role focused on network analyzers or similar technologies.Technical Skills: Strong understanding of RF and microwave principles, network analyzers, and related measurement techniques.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly and effectively.Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to addressing customer challenges.Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and internal teams.Adaptability: Flexibility to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.Travel: Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.
