  • 海关加工贸易系统核销，物料库存盘点
1.了解生产供应链运营、ERP运营数据2. 了解海关加工贸易备案、使用情况，掌握成品、物料的分类3. 计算海关账册系统数据 & 物料库存盘点数据；4. 对库存进行对比，分析差异原因。5. 海关账册核销管理，确认进出口平衡情况，准备报核资料。6. 配合审计公司进行核销数据核对7. 实施自审、复核工作流程。8. 禁止、限制类审核、异常事务报告、关企合作沟通
  • 海关外发、设备、结转报关业务管理
1.了解海关的外发、设备进出口、转厂规定，熟悉供应商/客户的供（送）货状况；2. 新供应商/客户的转厂可行性确认；3. 联络供应商/客户办理海关手续；4. 把握进出口平衡情况，及时办理报关。5. 实施自审、复核工作流程。6. 禁止类审核、异常事务报告、关企合作沟通
  • 进出口控制及报关
1.了解帐册使用情况，监管控制进出口平衡状况；2.确认新物料、新成品的归并情况；3. 实施自审、复核工作流程。4.落实自审、复核、纠错工作制度流程。5. 禁止类审核、异常事务报告、关企合作沟通
  • 文件、资料收集管理
1.了解海关、外经等部门的进出口政策、法规；2.协助收集、保管进出口政策法规文件；3.协助对报关资料分类管理。4. 实施自审、复核工作流程。
  • AEO 管理
1.实施AEO管理目标；2.实施自审、复核制度；3.完成AEO管理目标The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
  • 大专及以上学历，5年以上相关工作经验。
  • 有制造业从业经历，如有保税区经验更佳。
  • 有数据概念，能进行数据分析。
  • 熟悉金关系统，熟练使用Excel。
  • 书面英语。
