- Lead, develop and motivate the team(s) to achieve specific business targets and meet assigned performance targets weekly/monthly/quarterly, ensuring high customer satisfaction and growth.
- Act as an enabler to remove both internal and external roadblocks and help team to resolve complex challenges in support of sales opportunities.
- Analyze data, performance, and customer experience trends to develop and implement strategic sales plays and best practice for client/specific territories.
- Stay current on developments in client products/services and within the market and ensure the team is informed on the latest trends and market direction.
- Work with external facing client as a point of escalation for the client and respond in a timely manner to any issues.
- Monitor and drive team call time and productivity and conduct weekly performance reviews and weekly coaching sessions with all team members.
- Provide accurate weekly, monthly and quarterly sales forecasting, execute all required customer success motions and ensure data recorded in the CRM is accurate and up to date.
- Maintain a high level of communication with external stakeholders to ensure strategic client relationships are fostered and developed.
- Effective client management having a clear view on accounts and how to maximize revenue as well as effectively communicating quarterly objectives to client.
- Work closely with client contact on reporting and forecasting.
- Serve in a consultative role to support key stakeholders, both internal and external.
- Ensure team alignment to achieve operating plan targets, sales targets and client performance targets (CPTs).
- Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
- 10 years of account management/ consultative-based sales experience managing renewals account, upselling or cross-selling sales motion for enterprise or mid-market business portfolio.
- Experience with high-volume calling with proven track record of sales or account management in medical/ pharmaceutical or engineering/manufacturing industry.
- Candidates with excellent command of Chinese, English language and/or cultural nuisance are encouraged to apply for this role as it requires business language liaison.
- People leadership with B2B sales team management is required.
- Based in Dalian office, you will provide renewal selling services or solutions to a dedicated territory in APAC region, including China, Manila, South Korea and Japan.
- Strategic-thinker with an appreciation of complex selling cycles and ability to engage at exec-level.
- Experience with customer experience and sales, able to listen and respond to consumer needs, effectively communicate features and benefits of highly innovative products to customers.
- Enthusiasm for new technology, demonstrate ability to extract hidden or unrealized requirements and gain consensus on these requirements with the customer.
- Aptitude to learn and optimize new technology with prior experience in utilizing Client Relationship Management tool, i.e., Salesforce, SAP etc.
- Advanced problem solving and analytical skills, demonstrate ability to multi-task and make timely and sound decisions under conditions of uncertainty or limited data.
- Agility to manage ambiguous and complex situations, while maintaining a good rapport with customers.
